We take your old plastic credit/debit card and turn it into a custom metal card! Our laser machines will engrave your card with your custom design we will transfer your EMV chip and magnetic strip data to your new card. Your new card will then work just as your old one did.

The contactless feature can not be installed on the new card, however the contactless feature on your smart devices (e.g. Apple Pay) still work! Besides, who wants to use contactless when you have a stunning new metal card?

Once we receive your old plastic card, we will begin the transfer process right away. We will then send your old and new card via 1st class the next working day. Depending on the shipment you use to send your card to us, we can have your new metal card to you in as little as 3 working days!

We will send you a tracking number once it is ready to be sent to you.

Contact your bank ASAP. You must treat this the same as any debit or credit card that is owned by the card issuer.

We also offer “Luxe Cover” which covers you for a replacement metal card if its expired, lost or stolen! This means if your card has expired, gets lost or stolen within the time frame bought, we will replace your metal card for free – All you have to pay is shipping!

There are some EMV chips we cannot work on. Please compare your chip to the image below before completing your order. If your chip is not shown below, but is larger than most standard card chips, please contact us before you place your order

You will be provided with our office address in your order confirmation, alternatively contact us with your order number.

We also provide you with the option of us sending you a prepaid envelope with our address on, for ease!

Returns or refunds will not be given to any customisable products or services. All sales are final and If there is an error in any details of your order, you can contact us. We will try and rectify the issue, however if the customisable process has already begun or is completed, a fee may be charged if you still wish to change the design.

We ship to anywhere in the UK and EU at no additional cost. Anywhere outside the UK & EU will include an extra charge for shipping.

All orders are sent via 1st class.

You can upload any logo/design on our designer and customise how you like! You are solely responsible for the content that you post/upload and Luxe Cards doesn’t assume liability for copyright and trademark infringements.
